Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study was the first project that Matson Consulting authored upon its opening. Creating feasibility studies for our clients remains a primary service we continue to offer our clients today having completed more than one hundred projects.

Our founder wrote USDA’s "Cooperative Feasibility Study Guide" SR-58, a publication that has become an important reference in creating feasibility studies.

We create high quality feasibility studies that are individually crafted for each venture and project. The time and energy you have spent on your venture is important to us. That is why our clients can trust that we will provide a feasibility study of value.

We have proven methods that work and seasoned experts with real world experience. Our experts will review the project idea; determine the key elements for success, present critical project risks, and evaluate overall feasibility.

We work in a collaborative manner with our clients to assure that the study best reflects their proposed business operations. The intensive process of study creation often takes three to four months.

These projects are as diverse as:

Our studies have help clients make critical business decisions about their business ideas. Our clients have successfully used our feasibility studies to help ventures secure investor funding, obtain bank financing, federal loans and to secure federal grants.

Though no venture can be proven truly “feasible” until it is operational and profitable; Matson Consulting strives to provide feasibility studies that provide an independent assessment of the project chances to survive these real life-operating situations.
