James Matson, of Matson Consulting, has been invited to do a presentation at the International Conference for Food Studies in Portalegre, Portugal. The talk is titled “Scaling up Regenerative Beef Production in the Mid-Atlantic United States.” Jim Matson was also an author on the paper and will attend the Conference.
